Tonic-clonic seizures, simple partial seizures, complex partial seizures, and myoclonic seizures

First-line therapy for essential tremor, along with propranolol

Primidone is used along with a phenothiazine derivative antipsychotic and chlordiazepoxide in treatment-resistant psychosis
